Delete your FortressDrive account

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data directly in the FortressDrive mobile app. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion in the app

  1. 1. Sign in to the FortressDrive app.
  2. 2. Open Profile Settings.
  3. 3. Select Delete account.
  4. 4. Type DELETE and submit the permanent deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, email support@fortressdrive.com from the address registered to your account.

What will be deleted

  • Your FortressDrive account and profile information
  • Drive files and folders, notes, journal entries, reminders, and AI history
  • Vault records, encrypted keys, finance records, goals, and app settings
  • Push-notification tokens and other data associated with your account

Processing and retention

We process verified deletion requests within 7 days. If your account owns or contributes to a shared business workspace, we first transfer or remove that workspace safely so other members' data is not deleted.

Authentication and security logs may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for fraud prevention and security purposes, then permanently deleted. Legal or financial records may be retained only where required by applicable law.

Store subscriptions

Deleting your FortressDrive account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your store account to stop future billing.
